Refund policy

All sales are final.

Because every item is custom-made and printed on demand specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size, or simply not liking the design.

We do accept returns in these cases only:

  • The item arrives damaged
  • The item has a printing defect or error
  • You received the wrong item

Process:

  • You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Please include clear photos of the issue and your order number.
  • If the claim is approved, we will either replace the item or issue a refund (at our discretion).

Note: Slight variations in color and placement are normal in the printing process and are not considered defects.
